Sometimes files are created with extra channels or paths for masking in layout programs. These need to be removed before sending us your file.

 

From the menu, choose 'Window › Channels'.

Check to make sure that your file contains only four items as in example (5a).

 

Next click the 'Paths' tab in the same window and make sure there is nothing there as in (5b).

 

 

 

On to step 6:  Save file and send
